 Impact Investing Advisory

Seeds has a deep and broad experience in investments made with an intention to generate a positive social and environmental impact alongside a financial return.

We also provide advisory for public-private-philanthropic partnerships (PPPP, also known as 4P) which are collaborative efforts involving the public, private, and philanthropic sectors to address complex social and environmental challenges. This type of partnership leverages the unique strengths and resources of each sector to achieve shared goals, often focusing on initiatives that are not easily tackled by a single entity.

The Gulf region, in particular, has a strong need for structured philanthropic advisory services, as philanthropic investments have historically been limited and primarily focused on real estate. However, the region's push for economic diversification and the need for long-term financing mechanisms for projects align well with the objectives of infrastructure and impact investing. In this context, philanthropic and endowment funds could play a significant and strategic role.

Public Private Philanthropic Partnership

PPPP (Public-Private-Philanthropic-Partnerships)

PPPPs emphasize a holistic approach to problem-solving: it considers the interconnectedness of various factors and aims for long-term sustainable solutions. PPPPs can be seen in various fields, including climate complications, healthcare and transportation technology.

A real life example of a PPPP might involve a government institution setting the policies, a private company developing a technology solution, and a philanthropic organization funding the initial implementation and research in addition to their long term partnership for the endeavor.

Essentially, PPPPs offer a powerful framework for driving positive change by strapping up the combined efforts of diverse stakeholders to overcome tenacious global challenges.
